CARE SUPPORT WORKER

Description

Nursing Direct are currently seeking an experienced, outgoing and energetic Care Support Workers with a full UK driving licence and PMVA training to support a young female on package of care based in Harrow.

Shift times are 16:00 - 22:00.

Care Requirements:

  • Encourage the service user to engage in activities.
  • Accompany the service user to activities
  • Use positive behaviour strategies to help reduce behaviours.
  • Build a trusting relationship.
  • Drive the service user to activities on Monday and Saturday

Requirements for HCA’s:

  • MINIMUM of 6 months UK Healthcare experience
  • MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
  • MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
  • MUST have a current full DBS (inside a year or on the update service)
  • MUST have a clean, full UK driving licence
  • Must have PMVA training

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Nursing Direct is a UK based agency and are only able to offer work in the UK.
  • We require all applicants to be living in the UK with UK right to work.
  • We cannot provide VISA sponsorships.
  • We cannot consider candidates holding 20-Hour Student or Skilled Worker VISAs.
  • You will need to reside within a commutable distance to the advertised location.
