About Nursing Direct

Nursing Direct is a specialist CQC approved homecare company, providing staffing solutions and case management for care packages in partnership with Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS England, and Local Authorities, as well as supporting private-paying individuals with care at home.

We offer person-centred care services for individuals living at home, regardless of their physical or mental condition or disability. We believe that every individual deserves to have a high quality of life, and we take pride in delivering this to our service users and their families. With a fully staffed office available 365 days a year, we are always ready to support our service users in any situation.

Our experienced team of care co-ordinators, in-house registered nurses, out-of-hours team, robust contingency planning, and national bank of healthcare staff provide the resources and expertise necessary to deliver the unique care our service users require.

Nursing Direct is a specialist provider of private nursing and domiciliary services direct to private individuals suffering from chronic, long term or complex conditions for adults and children. In addition we can offer child protection, case management, palliative care and end of life nursing.

Care Assessments
A member of the private nursing team will visit you and carry out a full assessment of your care needs. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you and understand any personal preferences that you may have. In order to gain a full understanding of your care requirements and to ensure that all aspects of your care are arranged correctly, we also spend time liaising with other professionals involved in your care as well as family.

Our 5 Stage Care Plan

Nurse Management
All of our clinical care packages are managed by an experienced. The Nurse will ensure that your care service is regularly reviewed and managed effectively. If you have any concerns you are able to contact the nurse directly to discuss these further. If you have any concerns please contact us.

Case Management & Insurance
Nursing Direct has a team of consultants with experience in working with specialist case managers and Insurance companies. We can supply staff across a wide range of specialities including Allied healthcare professionals (physiotherapists, dieticians, speech therapists) to doctors, GPs, nurses and carers with specialities in disease and care / pain management.
