Robust Contingency Planning in line with health and safety requirements.
Incident management and reporting using Radar Healthcare software to help with shared learning for the service and to improve safety, performance, quality of care as well as monitoring possible safeguarding trends.
Quality Audits for Care Plans, Risk Assessments and other clinical aspects, as well as operational performance.
Monitoring data collection and evaluating trend analysis, with discussions held in senior management and Clinical Governance meetings.
Our in-house Training Academy provides staff with opportunities to enhance their skills, ensuring they meet the care needs of service users and adhere to person-centred care.
