With our strong reputation as a trusted homecare provider and the impeccable customer service delivered by our friendly coordinator team, we can offer your referred colleague a valued position within our exceptional workforce. We work in partnership with our sister company, Nursdoc Limited, who manage our recruitment and onboarding process for new candidates, in line with our compliance requirements. Please note that any registration with Nursing Direct will automatically dual register you with Nursdoc.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE SCHEME:

You must be registered on the candidate database to complete the referral form
You must have permission from the person you are referring, before completing the referral form
The person being referred must not already be on the candidate database
The person being referred must have the skillset to work in a healthcare and support setting
The person being referred must work 5 shifts with Nursing Direct as a minimum, before a referral payment is made

Failure to meet the above requirements will result in the referral not being paid
