Nursing Direct are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate team of skilled carers to provide dedicated care and support for a young girl with complex needs within her family home in Edgware, London. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while being part of a supportive and professional team.
Our client is reliant on others for all aspects of her daily care but enjoys participating in family life, education, and social activities. Your role will be crucial in helping her maintain a fulfilling and active lifestyle.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support in both home and community settings.
- Assisting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
- Engaging the client in social and recreational activities.
- Ensuring the client’s safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
Essential experience:
- Confident and competent in Tracheostomy care.
- Administering feeds and medications via PEG.
- Experience with BiPAP ventilation support at night.
