- Description
Nursing Direct are looking for a Support Worker to assist a young male service user into the community, and support with activities his parents have planned for him.
We are looking for a Care Support Worker that is outgoing and an extrovert.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining safety, as service user has no danger awareness especially when out in the community
- Assist with personal care and dressing
- Support with life skills
- Engaging in activities parents have planned
- Parents will direct staff with what support is required and will work with the carers until they and the carers are comfortable to support service user alone
