CARE SUPPORT WORKER

Nursing Direct, are currently seeking an experienced, outgoing and energetic Band 4 Care Support Worker to assist a young female with ADHD, trauma, emotional dysregulation and behaviours that challenge. You will need PMVA training and be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30am to 16:30pm

Care Requirements:

• Encourage the service user to engage in activities.
• Accompany the service user to hobbies such as horse ridin
• Use positive behaviour strategies to help reduce behaviours
• Build a trusting relationship
• Support NOK

• Weekly pay (get paid every Friday)

• MINIMUM of 6 months UK Healthcare experience
• MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
• MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
• MUST have a current DBS (inside a year or on the update service)
• Tracheostomy training and experience
• Suctioning experience
