REGISTERED CHILDRENS NURSE

Nursing Direct, sister company to Nursdoc, are looking for an RNC experienced in Children with Complex health needs to oversee a package of care in the Blackburn area.

Job Description:

• Create and amend care plans and MAR charts
• Oversee and support care staff (Band 2 and 4 HCAs)
• Provide ongoing training to develop and upskill care staff
• Supporting NOK
• Ensuring package is running smoothly

Requirements for RNCs:

• MINUMUM of 3 months UK healthcare experience
• MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to changes
• MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
• MUST have a current DBS (on the update service) or willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc/Nursing Direct
