HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

Nursing Direct, sister company to Nursdoc, are looking for a team of upskilled carers to support a young child with multiple complex health needs on a package of care in Blackburn.

Job Description:
We require someone to work alongside a Band 2 Health Care Assistant in delivering all aspects of care throughout the day in the home. Candidates need to be competent in Peg care, Epilepsy care, brain injury, LD and scoliosis care.

Requirements for HCA’s:

• MINIMUM of 6 months UK Healthcare experience
• MUST be hardworking and adaptable by responding quickly to change
• MUST be passionate about high quality individual and teamwork
• MUST have a current DBS (on the update service) or willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc/Nursing Direct
